What is it like to work with Big River Builders from start to finish?

It starts with an in-office conversation where we walk you through how we operate, what you can expect, and whether we’re a good fit. We don’t bid projects. Instead, we collaborate with you and your design team to develop a realistic budget and a plan that matches your goals.

Once you sign a Notice to Proceed, we begin preconstruction: coordinating with your architect/designer, reviewing drawings, flagging scope gaps early, and building an initial first-pass budget. As selections and details become clearer, we update the budget accordingly until the scope and numbers align. When everyone is comfortable, we execute a Construction Agreement and move into construction.

During construction, you have full transparency through Buildertrend: a live budget, schedule tracking, daily logs, photos, and documentation. You’ll always know where things stand—and if changes come up, we handle them clearly and efficiently.
